On birthdays and life phases

Goals to ourselves for any increase in age:

• write blog entries even if no one reads them (neither requesting nor shunning readers)
• create content in order to organize the never-ending information stream called life
• focus on the art of creating pieces of content that alleviate common problems
• aim for "celebration" rather than "correctness"
• continue the attitude of playfulness and avoid terrible "reply guys" (or becoming one)
• attend to higher levels of the hierarchy of needs:
  • cognitive, aesthetic, actualization, transcendence
• always remain prepared to move!

These won't happen to us immediately with the flick of a switch; the transition period may last an entire lifetime!
